Just follow the link “Ask a question” and write to the guide. You don’t need to pay. First, agree on the questions you are interested in with the guide and then book the excursion.
Only in case of unfavorable weather conditions, for example, if the excursion is on a boat, and the weather forecast says there is abnormally strong wind. In this case, the guide will notify you of the cancellation, and we will return the prepayment to the card. In all other cases, the excursion will take place.
If the excursion is individual, the guide will hold a meeting only for you and your company. If it is a group, there will be other participants on the excursion, the size depends on the conditions of the specific excursion.
Create an order for a convenient date and time, and make an advance payment. Pay the remaining cost to the organizer directly, when you meet the guide.
If you cancel 48 hours or less in advance, we will refund your entire deposit. The speed of the refund will depend on your bank, but it usually takes no more than 72 hours
